2025 Fall Registration will open February 15th!
Welcome to Northland Preschool!
We are so happy you are here!
Our Philosophy
The first five years of a child’s brain development are crucial for their future. We believe education should be exciting, nurturing, and include hands-on experiences to leave the biggest impression on our little scholars. Children are able to learn so quickly when they are provided the opportunity.
Our preschool will provide your child with an educational environment in which they can learn and develop social skills through appropriate learning activities and play.

Tuition
Tuition will be the same every month. Some months have more than others and we make sure the days will balance out for the year. We cannot make up sick days your child may have, planned vacation days your family takes, or snow days.
Payment is due the first week of the month. Payment can be through our Brightwheel App or by check written to Northland Preschool. Please write your child’s name on the check as well. Please refer to our brochure for prices
Drop Off / Pick up
This year we will only use the parking lots and will not be using the fire lane. Please walk your child to class each day. This insures safety in our parking lot. When you arrive you will be asked to scan the QR Code and enter your bright wheel code. for check in and check out. Let us know if someone different will be picking up.
Please be on time to pick up your child. More than 10 minutes late will result in extra charges of $10.00 per 15 minutes.
Discipline
We use Red and Green Choices to help teach children behaviors that are ok in a classroom. We have visual posters that we teach them with and are happy to provide a copy for home as well. Children will be redirected to another activity in a positive way if problems arise. A safe spot in the classroom (away from others) will be used if necessary.
Snacks
Each classroom will have a calendar each month where your child is assigned to be the snack helper for 1 or 2 days. Your child gets to bring a snack for the class and is a helper for the day. We encourage healthy snacks at preschool and we love to have fresh snacks such as cheese, fruit, and vegetables. Past families have gotten very creative in having their snacks go with the weekly theme. We are a peanut-free facility as there is a severe peanut allergy In our school. We will also let you know of any other allergies within your classroom.
Birthdays
We love to celebrate your little one’s birthdays! If you would like to share a birthday treat you are welcome to do so. Birthday treats can be small gadgets, stickers, party bags etc. Be Creative! We ask that if you want to send food, keep it simple such as cookies, fruit snacks, or freezer pops. We ask that you do not bring cupcakes or cake due to the mess it will make on the carpet. Thanks so much!
Safety at Northland Preschool
All teachers are background screened and fingerprinted. Our outside doors are locked with the exception of a 20-minute window at drop-off and pickup. If you come by outside those times you will need to knock or text your teacher to open the door for you. Those allowed to pick up your child should be listed on your enrollment form. Please let you child’s teacher know if pickup person will be different than normal. I.D. will be checked if a parent is not picking up.
Injuries
Accidents happen with little ones. In the event your child is injured at preschool, we will notify you immediately or at pickup. Also an incident form will be filled out stating the time, date, and details of the injury. You will be asked to sign the report stating that you have been informed of the incident.
